direct dial telephones, with voice mail facilities, during normal
office hours.
- We will respond within 24 hours to any enquiries, left by
e-mail, voice mail or fax.
- We will regularly update all clients, who can also access
information through the secure website.
- We will deal with incoming correspondence within 48 hours of
receipt.
- We will send any monies due at the end of the transaction,
within 24 hours of completion, by cheque or if chosen by Bank
Telegraphic Transfer.
